Hi, I understand your concern. - The burning in vagina your daughter has seems to be due to disturbance in normal vaginal flora. This helps setting up of infection in vagina . - Baby normally tends to desend down in pelvic cavity in 3rd trimaster.so the feeling of discomfort in late pregnancy is physiological. This also causes urge for frequent urination. Mostly it s due to pressure of fetal head on urinary bladder obliterating urethral opening.This can be prevented by adopting a bending forward position( with hands on knees) while passing urine, thus avoiding head to press on bladder & complete emptying of bladder. - She needs an internal check up by her treating obstetrician to exclude infection in urine or vagina/ Lactobacillus vaginal pessaries/ Vitamin D as per need. * she should try to have a normal routine/ have walking exercise/light nourishing diet/ regular obstetric checkup/ positive thinking these days.
