General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the constellation of symptoms do favor the underlying chronic gastric ulcer most likely. In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend an upper GI endoscopy with biopsy for H.Pylori infection in this regard for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
