What Causes Burning Sensation In Throat, Pain Around Sternum And Stomach?
I ve been having pains in stomach higher between the breast area. Burning in throat and stomach . I have been taking Nexium for years but now any meds I take just burn. I feel like I swallowed a cup of bleach, and the pain is so bad. I ve had my gallbladder taken out and the pain is the same as that only feels worse, back pain also between the two back wings. I am eating tums helps some but it s still there. Feel full but am hungry. I really can t go on like this. My throat feels horse also. Do you think Ulcer???
As per my clinical experience, the constellation of symptoms do favor the underlying chronic gastric ulcer most likely. In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend an upper GI endoscopy with biopsy for H.Pylori infection in this regard for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
