What Causes Burning Sensation In Urine, Back Pain And Swelling In Lower Abdomen?
I have sudden swelling and weight gain in the lower abdomen. There is constant pressure, cramping and stabs of pain. Bowels are moving but hard and slow. Urine started to burn. I have had a total hysterectomy in 2012. Feel fatiqued and moving slow. Some lower back pain too. My thermometer broke but husband says I feel hot.
Hello I share your concern Looking at your description, it seems you might be having infection of urogenital tract or PID( pelvic inflammatory disease), kidney stone or PIVD.
In my opinion you should visit your family physician or GP for a battry of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, blood sugar and urine culture or vaginal swab culture and an ultrasound abdomen if need be.
Meanwhile you should have plenty of fluids,Lemon water and fruit juices to maintain good hydration and urine output which will help by flushing off the urogenital tract. mild to moderate infection can be cured with hydrotherapy. you can take diclofenac or paracetamol for back pain.
you may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for further assistance, I will be happy to help you. Best wishes
