What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina After Using Veet Hair Removal Cream?
Hi, I m an idiot whom does not follow bveet hair removal warnings; I did use it in my bikini area, and I did ldepend on my boyfriend to be my personal timer (which he is not certified to do) and I did get distracted and forget to make sure we was doing his timer job accurately and I did leave it on 5 minutes past the maximum set time and I did burn my skin around my vagina.........what can I do for it? Any good home remedies?
Hi & Welcome to HCM. I appreciate your concern for the vaginal burning sensation after using Veet hair removal cream. I have gone through your history. It seems that your labia is inflammed due to the use of the cream and so you might have developed irritant dermatitis resulting in burning sensation.
It should subside on its own in a couple of days. In the meantime, make sure you maintain adequate hygiene and apply some ice if you feel more burning sensation. Drink lot of fluids. Keep your part dry and wear loose cotton cloths.
If the burning sensation continue to persist, then you should consult gynecologist for expert examination and management. Doctor may advise you to take anti fungal cream for local application .
I hope you should be fine soon.
