What Causes Burning Sensation On The External Side Of The Foot?
Hi there, I m experiencing a burning sensation on the outside edge of my right foot. It s not painful it just comes and then goes. The area is not hot to touch, I don t where tight shoes, I have been doing a lot of work at the computer over the last couple of months. Is this anything to be concerned about? thanks Georgina
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Burning sensation on outside edge of only right foot with no other sign and symptoms like tingling, leg or thigh, buttock or backache and sign symptoms of anemia. If it was associated with pain in leg, thigh, buttocks or backache then it was problem in backache, if it was associated with anemia then we would go for vitamin B12 level and if it was bilateral and especially sole involvement then diabetes workup was needed. I would like to suggest you that look for trigger it seem to be allergic. Watch and see policy will be best. Hope it helps best. Take your best care.
