What Causes Burning Sensation On The Face After Applying Excex Gel?

hi i am 28 years old boy. i am facing pimples from few years and i gone through some doctor he suggust me to go through with excex gel(Adiplane & clyndamycin). i applyed it for 4 days i am feeling some burning sensation on face so can anyone suggust me wat to do..

Hello,

You are suggested to stop using Excex gel since you are having burning sensation on the face after applying it, you are experiencing side effects. You have sensitive skin. Wash your face with plain water, apply Soframycin cream for relieve. Avoid exposure to sunlight when outdoors. Take non sedating antihistamine, one tablet daily for 3 days at bed time.

After 3 days, you can apply Betnovate C at bed time.(after sensitivity testing) for two weeks. To control pimples take regular showers, wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Take more veggies, fruits, yogurts. Avoid red meat, junk food , spices. Stay well hydrated.
