What Causes Burning Sensation On The Glans And Frenulum?
Hello Dr.Batra I have been having burning sensation on the glans as well as frenulum for past 2 weeks. It started after I had some injury related to no lubrication.I noticed some elrosion on the tip of the foreskin as well as pain on the frenulum. I have been using Mometasone and 1% hydrocortisone for past week or so. I have not noticed that the foreskin has some healing but still when I wash the glans there isa sharp shooting pain in that area.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bacterial lesion then it need not be managed with steroid else this could flairs up the infection so better to use "Povidone Iodine" cream till the reach the right diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
