General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the burn like rash may be intertrigo.

This is a rash that is seen in the body folds. It is inflammation of these areas and occurs because of moisture, friction in these areas.

Using cotton or linen material, when possible,to keep the areas separated would help.

In addition a barrier cream such as a zinc based cream or petrolatum would also help reduce friction.
Steroid and antifungal topical combinations would also help.

I hope this helps
