What Causes Burning Sensation On The Penis After Protected Intercourse?
I have sex for past 4 days all was protected one today morning I feel like there is burn like feel in my penis head I have washed every time my penis with soap after every encounter due to burn like feel it feels like more urination for me kindly clarify My urin Color is normal only thing that little burning sensation at my penis tip can you clarrify

Noted your short but specific history of burning sensation at the tip of penis in spite of protection that is condom and washing with soap after every encounter.
The commonest causes I can think about are:
Sensitivity to the latex in condom or to the lubricant.
Or even to the soap you are using.
Balanoposthitis with or without diabetes.
Long prepuce.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Sop using the brand and change over to another brand of condom. Use plain ones.
Clean with warm water avoiding soap as you are using condom anyway.
If there is any balanoposthitis or os, it is better to get the blood sugar checked and consult your Doctor for further clinical examination and give you prescription based medications.
