What Causes Burning Sensation On The Penis Opening After Having Sex?

My husband sometimes experience a burning on the tip of his penis before and during sex and I at times would feel it slightly as well when he penetrates, we do not have sex regularly, could this cause the problem as I was told by my doctor that my Uteris walls inside is thinning and is dry, could this be due to lack of sex. Also not much foreplay is done beforehand but sometimes I try with him when it takes awhile for him to have an erectiion and not very hard but comes soon after in me then may have a burning afterward and that s the end of the sex Until the next time, days or weeks later. He also gets excited initially and his body feels like fever during this time. What do you think of this especially with the burning sensation?

Dear madam,
This is a frequent problem faced by many couple at some part of life. The probable reasons for the burning sensation at the tip of penis are
1. inadequate arousal and lubrication from the female partner and at times male partner as well
2. any minor injury at the tip of penis or urethral opening caused by friction effect due to lack of lubrication, which can cause burning during subsequent attempts of penetration
3. Urinary tract infection of your husband also may cause pain and burning sensation at the tip of penis, which sometimes can cause feverish feeling.
You can try the following to reduce the burning sensation if it is caused by lack of lubrication
1.make sure your foreplay is adequate enough to arouse you and make you wet or lubricate. spend at least 15 minutes for foreplay includes breast fondling, gentle touching of genitals mutually and if possible clitorial stimulation by your husband.
2. you didn't mentioned about your age now. Anyhow i will give you options. If you are less than 40 and could not get enough lubrication, you can use any lubrication medications available at market provided that you are not allergic to it. The simple and best lubrication is using coconut oil on the penile surface of your husband which has least risk of allergy.
3. If you are above 40 as your doctor said your vaginal wall may become thinned and dry doe to near menopausal age. For this you can consult a gynecologist and she may recommend you some types of estrogen creams which make your vagina free from friction.
4. If he is not able to achieve full erection, please consult a psychiatrist or sexologist and rule out hypertension and diabetes
4. Finally consult a general physician or urologist to rule out the possibility of urinary tract infections caused by any micro-organism or stones. This can be confirmed by simple urinary test and Ultrasonogram

Ask your husband to take adequate fluids and i assure you this problem is not a serious one. As it cause frequent trouble i recommend you to follow my suggestions and i hope this will help you to come to a conclusion.
Thank you.
