What Causes Burning Sensation On The Right Side Of The Head?

I have been having a burning sensation and pressure mainly on the right side of my head. It started on the top right side of my head and now it is on all of the right side of my head including my ear. The sensation is pressure and numbing especially when I sleep on my right side.

Thank you for the query. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of nerve pressure (upper cervical vertebrae). You should get x ray/MRI of the region including right side of skull .. to get exact idea of cause followed by cause specific management under spinal surgeon/nurophysician's care.
