Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
54 year old male. My complain is the following: pain in both thighs; best described as a burning sensation. Also, I m experiencing pain on the inside of both knees. For several months, had difficulty concentrating. Also quite depressed. Hair has thinned dramatically in the past four months.
Thigh burning sensation can result from an injury to the thigh or exposure to extreme temperatures. Another possible cause is a disorder caused by compression of a nerve running to the outer thigh, the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. I suggest to take an appointment with your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
