Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that you have got inflammation inside the mouth leading to Apthous Stmoatitis and it is a cause for burning sensation and inflammation and can be commonly due to deficiency of iron and folic acid, burning with hot foods, allergic reaction to any food or medication, physician injury/ trauma, dry mouth etc..

I would suggest you to gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve burning and pain especially during meals..
You can take a multivitamin tablet daily for month..
Take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
You can suck ice and rinse with cold water.
Chew sugarfree chewing gums..
You can take soft diet and drink plenty of water to maintain hydration..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
