Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For about three weeks now the upper left side under the breast burns like a blister has been broken ,there is no red bumps ,no scratches nothing there except burning , it hurts to touch or have clothes on it ,I m not nausea . I don t have a email address is there anyway I can just wait here on line
As per my clinical experience, unilateral burning sensation involving segment of nerve supply around breast do indicate possible issue of: - Prodromal stage of Herpes virus infection manifestation, which pops up without evident blister or other skin changes.
It is the irritation of nerve root ganglia which provokes such changes of burning without obvious external changes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
