What Causes Burning Sensation Under The Forearms?

for the last couple of weeks the underside of my forearm I have been having a burning sensation, it feels like someone is holding a lighter under my skin. I don t have a fever, but I am feeling the same sensation on my right knee down to my feet. this is all on my left side

it appears to be neurological problem. consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment. burning sensation is irritation of nerve ending. have to test for fine and rough pricking sensation. can also take conduction test and thermal sensation. it can be originating from CNS and communicating to distal end through nerve route.
