I can understand you concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. Your complaints may be related to a sexually transmitted infection or a UTI and is unrelated to the medication that you took. I suggest you see a doctor early so that you may be evaluated properly. You may need to answer a few more questions pertaining to your problems and also about your sexual behaviour. You may also need a physical exam by a doctor and some tests like a complete blood count, urine examination, discharge microscopy and other tests as indicated. Once a diagnosis is made the doctor may device a management plan which may include a medications, sexual behaviour counselling, partner notification and counselling and follow up.
