What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating And Red Penis?

My boyfriend has started having a burning sensation when he pees and the tip of his penis is red and sensitive and it s getting worse. I have a lower abdominal pain during sex and a slight uncomfortable feeling (down there) that I m unsure on how to explain. It doesn t hurt or burn, just uncomfortable and I m becoming more aware of the feeling with each day. I m also slightly red. My boyfriend I worried that it could be an std bc a week before me and h got together, I had hooked up with a guy I had dated for a few weeks. He Didnt tell me if he had anything or not, but I also Didnt ask. I m thinking and hoping its just a possible uti. What does it sound like it could be?

Pain in lower abdomen after having sex with your boyfriend (Old) can be possibly due to to infection that you have acquired through sex with him which is causing you discomfort in lower abdomen and the same infection has been transmitted to your boyfriend giving him problem of burning urination and pain at the tip of his penis .

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Both of you take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Avoid sex till both of you become alright .

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
