Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your urine tests showed pus cells and this is the indicator of infection in your urinary tract which presents as burning sensation in your urethra while micturating and you may suffer from pain in your lower abdomen too. Moreover, the cause of high-grade fever and headache is also this infection.

I advise my patients to take tablet ciprofloxacin and urine alkalinizer like Citro Soda or Citralka to treat them. I advise you to increase your fluid intake to minimum 2.5 liters a day so that the acidic nature of urine is diluted. Furthermore, you can also have your ultrasound of kidneys ureter and bladder so that the status of infection can be studied in detail.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maryum
