What Causes Burning Soreness In Ribs, Neck And Hamstring Area?
I have a burning soreness in my ribs, the side of my necj and the hamstring area just below my buttocks. Recently I ve had similar discomfort in my elbows. In the past I have had the same in my shoulder region and from my neck down along the scapula. Any ideas
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have burning soreness in ribs, neck and hamstring area . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like muscle strain , myofascial pain , chest infection , acid reflux and lift something too heavy . The symptoms can also occur due to condition like sciatica . Consult orthopedic surgeon if there will be broken rib or muscle . For now continue taking advil , stay calm and apply warm compresses to back .Doctor may also refer you to chest specialist for chest infection or gastroenterologist for acid reflux. For now eat light and non spicy , keep your head elevated while sleeping and apply warm compresses on chest.
