What Causes Burning Urination After Unprotected Intercourse?

I didn t have unprotected sex. My pee started burning a little when I started drinking coffee. I noticed discharge in my underwears and I have to pee a lot and a urge to pee. When I masturbated my dick doesn t hurt when I pee it burns a little at the beginning but it s tolerable. When I have a boner or touch my dick it doesn t hurt. When I drink water it feels a little better. Recently my butt just burnt when I peed. Haven t been to the doctor just want to see what it might be.

As I understand it could be because of some kind of infection to urinary tract . I suggest you to undergo microscopic and culture and sensitivity examination of your urine .It will help you to find of causative organism for infection and antibiotics effective to treat such organism .presently I advise you to drink plenty of water and avoid sex .
