Hi welcome to HCM... Diagnosis : UTI most likely secondary to diabetis Brief answer :... Here you have not mentioned your blood sugar level. .. But using insuline , so might be much increased glucose .... In diabetis chances of infection is more as compared to healthy individual .... Chances of recurrent UTI more .... So here UTI should be ruled out by routine and microscopic urine examination .... If pus cells and bacteria there UTI treated with antibiotic ..... If fever and flank pain also present than USG also done for rule out pyelonephritis.. If needed renal imaging done ... If very much urgency for urination cystitis should also be ruled out. .
