What Causes Burnt Feeling In Tongue, Tingling Feeling In Hands And Feet?

My tongue has felt like it has been burnt for 5 weeks. (I did not burn it) I ve been to the dentist, had an MRI on my neck and everything appears normal. I ve also had tingling in my hands and feet since September. I ve had numerous blood tests and an MRI on my brain and all of that has come back normal. What could be causing these symptoms and how do I get rid of them?

probably could be vitamin B12 deficiency. kindly mention about your current medical status, that would definetly help.
