What Causes Burnt Pimple Marks On Face Along With Itching?

Good day ..this is Hannie from bacoor cavite .I am really worried about my face now because of applying katialis coz my sister told me that it is effective for pimples. But I've got a burn on my whole face ..its like roasted ..can't go out..so itchy.don't know what to do to cure thus..I have hard time to open my eyes now.please I need your advice .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got an allergic reaction to the ingredients of Katialis that contains Salicylic acid, Zinc oxide, Resorcinol, sulfur etc..
Itching and burning seems to be due to it..
Consult a Dermatologist immediately as if the spots and pigmentation get untreated prolonged then it can become difficult to remove them..
As of now take anti allergics like Levocetrizine..
Do cool compresses over face and splash cold water frequently throughout the day..
You can also apply cooled Aloevera gel on face..
Avoid using any skin cosmetic..
Avoid sun exposure as it can further be damaging..
Avoid itching to prevent increase in inflammation..
