What Causes Buzzing Sensation In Neck If Having Compression At C4-C5 Level?

Hi, I have spinal cord compression at C4-C5. I have a buzzing sensation from my neck (deep) down through my fingers and up behind my eyes. It feels like I am on a vibrating machine. I also have pain with deep breath and my abdominal region hurts all the way down to my groin. I have dizziness and trouble concentrating. I have surgery scheduled in two weeks for decompression. My question is, are these symptoms expected or is this completely weird. Is it an emergency. I am a physical therapist so feel free to answer in medical terms and please be honest!
