As per your query you have buzzing sound in ear along with pain . The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as otitis media . Otitis media is an infection of the middle ear . Most middle ear infections occur when a viral or bacterial infection such as a cold causes mucus to build up in the middle ear, which then becomes infected. Sometimes infection spread through eustachian tube in case of upper respiratory track . I would suggest you to to keep your ear dry which is very important in case of ear infection and give dry warm compresses . Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may examine with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin ) course for at least a week .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
