• The left side testis is relatively small in size with interruption of normal midlevel echoes ( mild hypoechoic echopattern) . Tiny specks of calcification (two in number) are appreciated with one each in the mid and lower pole of left testis. These observations can be sequael to ?Previous infection ? Mild ischemic sequael . • Left Varicocele: There are multiple dilated non thrombosed tortuous vascular channels in the cranial aspect of the left scrotal sac with sluggish / slow flow having venous spectra. There is gain in the diameter of the mentioned vascular channels on valsalva manuever . The maximum diameter of one of the tortuous vessel is 2.4mm in pre valsalvae state and 4.6mm in the post valsalvae state. (Grade One varicocele steeno grading ). • There is mild fluid in the right scrotal sac. No septae / debris / loculi in it. • Note is made of The testicular appendix on Rt side (or hydatid of Morgagni) ( sized 3.4mm) .
1.The report suggest there are calcification's - they are usually after any healed infection - they leave a trace in that way. 2.For which no active intervention required. As long as there is no adjacent infection features. 3.The venous channels measuring more than 2.5 mm treated as dilated - which suggest stasis of the venous return. 4.Minimal free fluid suggest hydrocele - for minimal amount nothing can be done / required - unless until symptomatic. 5.A cystic lesion measuring 3.4 mm appendix or right tests - possibilities as mentioned.
