Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been experiencing pain in my abdomen for several months. First ultra sounds never showed anything. I thought at first it was a reaction to taking Norco for a 4 month period. So I quit taking them. After 3 more months of just taking Tylenol my pain got worse in my stomach again pain pills didn t work I srarted taking them every 3 hours. So I went back to the Norco to see if the pain reoccured it did. I went to jave an CT scan and it showed I have calcium deposits on my ovaries! How come it took sooo long now what do I do?
Calcium deposits can happen in any tissue or organ where there has been inflammation and scarring. Depending on how much there is, the doctor may want you to have follow-up tests for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
