General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Gallstones occur when bile forms stones in the gallbladder. The stones form when the amount of cholesterol or bilirubin in the bile is high. I suggest to eat more foods that are high in fiber, such as. fruits, vegetables, beans, and peas. Eat fewer refined carbohydrates and less sugar.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
