My boyfriend has a lot if cauliflower looking brown and skin colored groups on his inner thigh and penis and anus we ve been having sex now I have a sore vagina that gets red a lot and just today I have a small bug bite looking thing on my anus could my boyfriend have genital warts or herpes?

It looks like more if genital warts. It needs to be evaluated by Dermatologist. Kindly get it treated at the earliest. Avoid sexual contact till the lesions are healed.
