What Causes Cervical Lymphadenopathy?

I went to the ear nose and throat doctor and he told me I had Multiple non-pathologically enlarged cervical lymph nodes in my neck. I go back for a check up on may 22nd. My limp didn t get any bigger but it is a little sore now and it wasn t before. I do have a runny nose and I think the start of a sore throats maybe. Should I be worried. I am really scared

@ Nothing to be scarred as already narrated by your doctor as non -

over totally
# continue treatment as per advise by the doctor
# avoid smoking / alcohol
