Cervical tear during intercourse is usually consistent with the excess amount of undue friction which the tissue can not bare with. However, individual case considerations have to be taken in account further for the definite cause, as there can be numerous causes of thin paper cervix. I would like future assistance for further doubts.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
