What Causes Change In Stool Consistency?

hi there. I m 21 years old healthy and positive.. but my poop is always different . Sometimes greasy -like, often really dark, even black sometime . Sometimes extreme diarea . Sometimes long and pencil thin and sometimes short and hard . I m not sure what this could mean

According to your complain you have problem of change a consistency of stool that may be because of lack of high fiber and low water intake in daily diet.

Take high fiber foods like whole grains, oats ,cereals,beans...etc.
Celiac disease may cause this type of symptoms After taking gluten foods.

If this problem is long standing than think about irritable bowel syndrom. Gastroenteritis may ruled out. Stool sample test and blood test helpful.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
