General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to muscle spasm caused by Imbalance or deficiency of calcium or potassium. Checking of serum electrolytes will be helpful to rule out this. Taking bananas daily is good. In case of low calcium , supplementation with calcium along with vitamin D3 will be helpful also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
