What Causes Chest And Abdominal Pain With Dizziness?

I have been having chest pain and pain in my jaw off and on for 6 days tonight I got extremly dizzy and had pain in my belly laat night and tonight, I was at the e.r like 3 days ago and I ve had a echocardiogram and stress test with imaging done on November 24th they were normal, should I go back to the e.r?

Hope I am able to help you with my answer
If your chest pain increases on effort then it is clearly angina but if not and that your stress imaging is fine then I feel its only an anxiety panic attack . You need to be put on anxiolytics and beta blockers to relieve you of your problem.
