What Causes Chest And Arm Pain Upon Smoking Cocaine?
Hello, I want to know what Is going on with my body. Well first of all Years back I had a girlfriend who introduced me to crack cocaine and she was a heavy user. I started getting into it but I wasnt doing it like she was. I do it and once I got that initial high I can hold off for an hour and try it again. I wasnt really a big fan so I didnt get caught up in the drug, I saw her destroy herself and I didnt feel for her anymore Anyway I would say my use was like this in 3 years Ive done it 4 times but each time I did it my heart hurt I get extremely sick and my left arm hurt like hell sometimes both what is going on thank you

Cocaine has some serious adverse effects on the heart including causing temporary narrowing of the blood vessels supplying the heart. this pain is most probably due to your heart getting less supply of blood. I'll suggest you seek help in trying to quit using cocaine
