Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chest and back pain along with loss of appetite. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like lifting something heavy , poor posture , being overweight , smoking or trigger points of trapezius muscle . The symptoms can also occur due to gastric problem like gastritis , IBS and kidney problem or pancreatitis .I would suggest you to avoid lifting heavy weight , apply warm compresses , take proper rest , do light trapezius stretching and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn t get better then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order x-ray or CT scan and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory and physical therapy and light stretching .
