What Causes Chest And Back Pain In Certain Positions While Sleeping?

Im a side sleeper and recently for the last few weeks my chest and back hurt when I lie down. As if I slept wrong. It doesnt feel this way if I lie on my back. I can breath just fine and dont seem to have any other problems when I lie down. I am female , just turned 50 and do have fibromyalgia, RA and weigh about 155 lbs. Im 5 5 tall. Im not on any new medications and take tramadol, ambien and hydrocodon as needed.

I really appreciate your concern and your problem seems to be due to improper posture, and try to maintain the good posture, while sleeping no need to take any medicine for this, hope this information helps, take care.
