What Causes Chest And Back Pinching Sensations With Forearm Pain?
I had some kind of pain in my left forearm. Then after being so worry I started feeling student pinching in my chest and sometimes in my back, they last about a second. I feels this sensation every 20 minutes or so. Do you think I had to be check by a cardiologist?. I keep checking my heartbeat and it is usually 60/min and I do not see any decrease or increase for the past 5 days except last night that was beating faster than normal, I was having a nightmare and I am not sure if it increase because of this. Any suggestions..Luis

Here you did not mention your age and gender else I would have advise you in that regards still if this is the chest pain then this should not be taken lightly and in my opinion the first test would be EKG this would clear the doubt of cardiac disease, take care.
