What Causes Chest And Throat Pain Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I have bad pain in my chest and throat area. I m short of breathe and it hurts to move around and stuff. It goes away when I eat chicken noodle soup or eat popsicles then it comes back I tried to sleep it off and it felt better until I move and I took meds already

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chest and throat pain along with shortness of breath . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like asthma , heart problems , anemia or hypothyroidism . Strep throat or viral pharyngitis can also cause such symptoms . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test along with taking history and check vitals . Doctor may prescribe iron supplement or refer you to endocrinologist for thyroid problem or cardiologist for heart problems ,who may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile and troponin t test . Doctor may prescribe betablockers , aspirin , frusamide , isosorbide nitrate . For now eat healthy like fresh fruits and vegetables . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for throat problem .
