Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I went to the doctor because of chest pains. I had ECG and the results were normal. The doctor told me it was just inflammation of the lining of the rib cage or costochondritis. I was given medicine for inflammation for 5 days. I am done taking the medicines and now I experienced chest pains and upper back pain. Could this mean I have TB?
Thank you for trusting HCM. No, don't diagnose yourself. Is there any past history of TB? Any other related medical problem? your age? are you smoker? what you do? etc would have given a better reply. Visit your doctor for some tests Xray, sputum tests and treatment.
Regards!
