General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!

As you mentioned about your history and visit to doctor.
Did he gave you some medicines?
If yes did you get relief from those medicines?
How is your other activities like appetite, sleep etc?
What was your blood pressure?

Most probably this is a case of Anxiety related disorder! But before this conclusion you should visit your doctor for EKG or ECHO if needed!

Regards!

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be muscular pain only and this can be best treated with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen, try to maintain good posture while sleeping, and this is nothing to worry, take care.
