General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

What medications you are taking seems to be fine and kindly continue with the same. Along with it, kindly do breathing exercises to ensure proper strengthening of chest muscles.

Also, take steam inhalation twice daily. Also do salt water gargling with warm water thrice daily. Avoid intake of cold items like cool drinks and icecream. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
