What Causes Chest Congestion And Asthma After A Knee Injury?
Hi have u ever heard of a person having an asthma type attack with chest congestion after injuring a knee. Was running during a work exercise twisted my knee and in extreme pain. Asthma type symptom includes fluid in lungs as if running in extreme cold.
For your chest congestion symptoms work up done as follow... -Auscultation -Chest x ray if needed -if asthma history present then spirometry -CBC -ASO titre
From above reports further treatment planned
For congestion relief decongestant drug like phenylephrine can be prescribed
For knee pain x ray of knee joint should be done to rule out any knee injury if present and then if x ray abnormal, MRI done for detail knee injury analysis
Take care
Hope your concern solved
Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind
