Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thznks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having post infectious bronchitis.
So I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done pulmonary function test (PFT).
This will help in diagnosing bronchitis.
The treatment is as follows.
1. Chest physiotherapy.
2. Deep breathing exercise.
3. Meter dose inhalers having long acting beta 2 agonist and inhaled corticosteroids.
4. Antihistamines and anti inflammatory.
5. Drink plenty of fluids.
6. Sometimes low dose oral steroids can also helpful.
So, first consult pulmonologist and discuss these things.
