What Causes Chest Congestion While Suffering From COPD?

my husband has c.o.p.d. he started feeling congested two days ago. He called his lung dr and he presc him a packet of azithromycin tablets 250mg. he work up yesterday morning with 100 degree temp. i Gave him tylenol. the temp went down to 98.7 all day. he just woke back up with temp being 100. I gave him more tylenol. my big problem at this point is he wont drink enough water. what can this do to him

You can take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days take Omeprazole twice a day for five days take Paracetamol 2 times a day for five days. Don't eat commercial products don't eat spicy and fried food don't eat ice cream chocolate and pastries.
