What Causes Chest Congestion While Suffering From Gastritis?

i have kind of congestion feeling since last 17 days in chest.. its goes away and come back. had a gastric trouble as well, I have been prescribe gaviscon and esomeprazole, which I am taking 7 days now.. made a big difference, but still bit of discomfort, I also feel burning sensation in neck area, like a cervical problem. what do I do.. continue a tablet ?? or that could be some kind of deficiency as well

Its difficult to say just like that you need to be examined dear at least a proper auscultation with a stethoscope may help.
