YES I HAVE ANXIETY AND AM ON LEXAPRO FOR IT. ALSO AM ON LISINIPRIL FOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE. I HAVE BEEN HAVEIN DISCOMFORT IN MY CHEST AND GET SHORT OF BREATH (NOT REAL BAD) ALSO MY NECK SOMETIMES WILL HURT WHEN IM STRESSED ON THE RIGHT SIDE GOING DOWN MY RIGHT ARM MAKING IT FEEL TINGLYSHOUL I CALL MY DOCTOR OR IS IT JUST MY ANXIETY?

I really appreciate your concern, of course the symptoms may be due to anxiety, relaxation therapy would be much helpful along with this I would advise to see the physiotherapist too, and come out of the condition hope this information helps.
