Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Symptoms of her failure are persistent shortness of breath on walking, shortness of breath on lying flat, swelling in legs and much more. What you said do not look to be signs of heart failure neither your age is to have heart failure. Probably you are suffering from anxiety, but I would still advise that you can see you doctor to get an ECG and other examinations done in detail to be sure that all is fine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Rahman
