What Causes Chest Discomfort, Breathlessness And Sharp Pain In Upper Back?

I ve been struggling with my food for days now I ve barely eaten in 4 days I feel like I have pins and needles everywhere my breathing is effort and I have a really sharp aching pain in my upper back on my left shoulder blade what is the pain caused by? I m also sweating all the time

It is possible that you may have an infection. This can cause the symptoms that you are experiencing.

Since you are having difficulty breathing then you should be seen as soon as possible to see if you have a chest infection.
The decreased food and drink intake may cause the electrolyte disturbance that would contribute to the abnormal sensations.

Blood tests such as a full blood count may be needed.
