What Causes Chest Discomfort While Sitting And Lying Down?

I have discomfort in my chest if I am lying down or sitting up it comes from time to time . I have noticed it more this past while I will get it a few days In a row it is happening a good while now it could last about20 mins or less I just wait for it to go . I am thinking of going to see doctor sometime this week . What do you think it might be

It can be due to some sort of chest infection for which take any antibiotics like moxikind-cv or azithral after an expert opinion with diominic-dca or wikoryl for chest discomfort. Take syrup bro-zedex or respital-p for cough. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
